Kneecap Announce Plymouth Show After Eden Sessions Concert Cancelled

Kneecap have lined up a show on Devon's south coast.

Following the cancellation of their headline performance at the Eden Project's Eden Sessions on July 4, the Belfast rap trio have arranged a replacement show at Plymouth Pavilions on the same date. Tickets go on general sale at 11am on Friday (May 2).

The group were due to headline the Cornwall summer series, with support from The Streets' Mike Skinner. However, the gig was cancelled by organisers following a backlash stemming from remarks made by Kneecap during past concerts, most recently during their appearance at Coachella festival, to which they have responded with statements via social media. Tickets for the Eden Sessions show will be fully refunded.

Kneecap will also headline Wide Awake Festival, 2000trees and Green Man this summer, as well as playing Dublin's Fairview Park on June 19, European gigs in September, North American shows throughout October, and two dates at Dublin's 3Arena in December. They will also support Fontaines D.C. at their Belfast Vital show on August 29. Tickets are on sale now.

They put out their second album, 'Fine Art', in 2024 via Heavenly Recordings. A semi-biopic feature film, Kneecap, starring the band members as themselves and Michael Fassbender was released that same year.
