Neil Young has announced his first album with his new band, The Chrome Hearts.
'Talkin To The Trees' will arrive on June 13 through Reprise Records, and will feature the previously shared single Big Change and newly posted politically-charged folk-rock song Lets Roll Again, which you can listen to below.
The Canadian-American singer-songwriter recently put out a new tour documentary and an accompanying live album. You can find out more about Coastal here. In February, he also released a previously shelved album, 'Oceanside Countryside', the latest instalment in his Analog Original Series (AOS).
Young and The Chrome Hearts — Micah Nelson on guitar, Corey McCormick on bass, Anthony Logerfo on drums and Spooner Oldham on Farfisa organ — will play this summer's Glastonbury Festival. They'll also headline Dublin's Malahide Castle on June 26 and London's BST Hyde Park concert series on July 11, with support from Yusuf / Cat Stevens and Van Morrison, plus more that are still to be announced.
The shows are part of the wider summer European leg of Young and band's Love Earth Tour, which also features stops across North America in August and September. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
