Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have surprise released a new live EP.

Available digitally, the four-song 'Land of Hope & Dreams' captures songs from The Boss and his legendary band's performance at Manchester's Co-Op Live arena on May 14, the first night of their current European tour.

The EP's title comes from the new name of the trek, the Land of Hope & Dreams Tour, which Springsteen announced on stage that night. He also spoke to the audience about the "corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration" in the US, and later made reference to an "unfit president and a rogue government" who have "no concern or idea for what it means to be deeply American".

The speeches are included on the EP, along with three Springsteen compositions, the title track, Long Walk Home, and My City of Ruins, plus a cover of Bob Dylan's Chimes of Freedom.

Springsteen and the E Street Band will continue their tour with concerts in Lille and Marseille this month, before returning to the UK for shows at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium on June 4 and 7. Tickets are on sale now.

Springsteen has been releasing unheard songs from his upcoming collection of seven lost albums, 'Tracks II: The Lost Albums', due out on June 27. The latest unearthed track shared is Repo Man from the previously forgotten 'Somewhere North of Nashville' LP.

Other songs already shared from the collection include Rain In The River, from the 'Perfect World' LP, Blind Spot, the first song off the 'Streets of Philadelphia Sessions' LP, and Faithless, the title track from a lost soundtrack album intended for a film that never got made. Other never-heard records in the set include 'Inyo', 'Twilight Hours', and 'LA Garage Sessions ’83'. Head here for more details on the collection.
