English Teacher have announced a collection of remixes, edits and covers of tracks from their Mercury Prize-winning debut album, 2024's 'This Could Be Texas'.
Set for release this Friday (October 10), 'This Could Be A Remix Album' features 13 reworks by a line-up of cult icons and rising artists, including Fontaines D.C. DJs, SHERELLE, Daniel Avery, Water From Your Eyes, Baxter Dury, and Working Men’s Club. English Teacher said:
"So grateful that some of our favourite contemporary artists and friends were up for doing this with us x"
The release precedes the band's biggest headline UK tour to date in November, which includes sold-out shows in London, Manchester and Leeds. The record also lands on the same day as their Liverpool performance for Day Of The Girl, a charity concert series supporting War Child UK.
