Due to pre-sale demand, Billy Ocean has added a second Halifax show to his summer tour.
The Grammy-winning singer will double up at the Live At The Piece Hall series on July 12, following his previously confirmed show at the venue on July 10.
Ocean's tour will also include performances at Leigh Sports Village Stadium in Greater Manchester on May 29, Live at Lincoln Castle on June 20, Southampton's Guildhall Square the next day for the Summer Sessions series and Live at Llangollen Pavilion in Wales on June 27.
He'll also headline Scarborough Open Air Theatre on June 28, Cardiff Castle's Depot Live concert series on July 9, and the Colchester Castle Summer Series on August 20.
The shows will see the 75-year-old digging into his six decade-long discography for a mix of his greatest hits and fan favourites, including Caribbean Queen (No More Love On The Run), Suddenly and Red Light Spells Danger. He released his most recent studio album, 'One World', back in 2020.
Support will come from singer-songwriter and the voice of Wet Wet Wet, Marti Pellow. Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 10am on Friday (October 17).
Ocean will also perform in the US next spring. Tickets for those dates are on sale.
