Jeff Goldblum has announced his first UK and Ireland tour with his band The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra.
Earlier this week the American actor and musician confirmed he would be bringing The Night Blooms World Tour to London's Royal Albert Hall on June 30, and has now expanded his plans to include shows at the Wolverhampton's Civic Hall on May 28, Dublin's Bord Gáis Energy Theatre on May 30, Glasgow's Theatre Royal on June 1 and the Palace Theatre in Manchester on June 3.
Tickets for London are on sale now and tickets for the new dates go on general sale at 10am next Friday (February 13).
The Night Blooms World Tour will begin in Australia, with dates running between April 24 to May 5 and including a performance at the Sydney Opera House with The Metropolitan Orchestra conducted by Sarah-Grace Williams, followed by the UK run, then a handful of European gigs in early July.
Goldblum is hitting the road in support of his new album 'Night Blooms', which is due for release on June 5. It includes 12 new versions of classic songs from Hollywood's golden era performed by Goldblum and The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra, with the tracklist including appearances from his Wicked co-stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande (on separate tracks), Charlie Puth, Dodie and more.
Goldblum previewed the album in January by sharing the opening track, Misty, a jazz makeover of the Erroll Garner song featuring vocals from jazz singer Melody Gardot.
