Big City festival will return this summer.
The Mogwai-curated alldayer will take over Glasgow's Queens Park Recreation Ground on August 29 for its third edition, which forms part of this year's Summer Nights on the Southside series. The first acts to be confirmed the event are Super Furry Animals (pictured), Spiritualized, Brìdghe Chaimbeul, Curlew, Moin, Rich(ard) Dawson, and The Wran. More are still to be announced.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am this Friday (February 27), when tickets also go on sale for Callum Beattie's recently announced show as part of the series on August 28.
Summer Nights on the Southside will also host headliners Scissor Sisters at the same venue on August 30. Tickets for that show are already on sale.
