Basingstoke Sanctuary on January 19 2018
We got in late so missed support groups. Sanctuary small venue but proper live gig venue, always friendly. Superb atmosphere with Hed pe making it so. All staff working fantastically well. My favourite bands are Metallica & The Damned who I've seen many times live, stupidly I hadn't known of Hed pe until this week of sanctuary gig, glad we chanced our arm & managed to get in on the door as they had space late on in evening. My God they were well worth seeing/listening to. Amazingly fantastic & all band members were so humble, not up themselves at all, Hed so musically passionate & nice humans towards all the crowd. Hed have so much character & also superb humour, especially to & with there audience. Now up there with Metallica & The Damned (my bands). They can play all jonduras of music styles & did so, rap, reggae, rock, metal, punk, thrash ish, soulful, rhythmic, fun band. Can't believe I didn't know of them & I'm 53 years young, they make you feel young, teenager ish, lol. Which I still think I am. I was jumping almost pogo style at front, woke up this morning with no aches apart from my face as I'd been smiling ever since. Well done Hed p.e, your the best. I'm gonna try see them in Cheltenham ties eve if I can get tickets?? Unlikely I know. Hope very soon anyway. GO SEE THEM PEOPLE. They should be selling out wembley stadium etc. Thanks Hed p.e, you helped me with my embarrassing illness of depression. Thank you guys & gals, out front & behind the scenes.
