Primavera Sound is a music festival held in Barcelona every year. It has a sister festival, NOS Primavera Sound, that annually takes place in the Portuguese city of Porto each July, and is soon set to have another in Los Angeles.
The inaugural edition of Primavera Sound L.A. was originally scheduled for 2020 and was set to run for two days. However, these plans were derailed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The first Primavera Sound L.A. is now set to take place in September 2022 at Los Angeles' State Historic State Park, and will span three days.
