Chelsea Football Club Owner Roman Abramovich Books Red Hot Chili Peppers For New Years Eve Party

Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has reportedly booked the Red Hot Chili Peppers to perform live at his New Year's Eve Party in the Caribbean.
UK newspaper The Daily Telegraph has revealed that Roman Abramovich, who owns Chelsea Football Club, has booked the US rockers to entertain guests on St Barts island, a group of islands that are popular with the rich and famous.
Mr Abramovich has apparently spent £5 million on his New Years Eve party, which takes place on his estate which is said to be worth £58 million. In 2009 Roman Abramovich booked the likes of Prince, Beyonce and Gwen Stefani to perform at his get-together.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers , who released their tenth studio album 'Im With You' in August, are to play three outdoor gigs in the UK and Ireland next Summer. On 23rd June they will play Knebworth Park before a show at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light on 24th June. The band will then visit Ireland for a show at Dublin's Croke Park on 26th June.
