Mě Releases New Single Blur Ahead Of 'Forever Neverland' Release

Monday, 15 October 2018 Written by Jon Stickler

MØ has dropped a new track, Blur.

Featuring patented pop hooks and a grunge-inspired guitar refrain, the infectious and off-kilter cut serves as the latest preview of her anticipated second album, 'Forever Neverland', which is out on October 19 via Chess Club/RCA Victor.

"I wrote the song in a session in Stockholm in the very end of 2016. I remember being all worn out - exhausted and jet lagged from months of traveling back and forth continents, touring in Europe and writing in Los Angeles. I thought to myself: 'There's NO WAY anything good is gonna come out of me today', but as we started writing the song it almost felt therapeutic - like the words were pushing to come out. Blur is about feeling lost, and on a personal level I would be lying if I didn't mention that this song, for me, was about feeling creatively and artistically lost in the city of all great opportunities, Los Angeles."

MØ will celebrate the album's release with a European tour, beginning in Hamburg on November 9, culminating in a hometown show at Copenhagen’s Royal Arena.

td#right {display:none !important;} td#right {display:none !important;} The way we listen to music may have changed throughout the decades but one thing remains a constant: we always want to see the real thing.
