Teenage Fanclub Return With New Track Everything Is Falling Apart Ahead Of North American Tour

Teenage Fanclub are back with a new track.
Everything Is Falling Apart was recorded last month at Hamburg’s Clouds Hill Studios with the band's new touring line up: original members Raymond McGinley (vocals, guitar) and Norman Blake (guitar, backing vocals), joined by Francis Macdonald (drums, backing vocals), David McGowan (bass, backing vocals), and Euros Childs (keys, backing vocals).
The song is an indie-rock number that has an intricate, upbeat musical backdrop to contrast the dreary lyrics, which are delivered with understated vocals. It marks the band's first new offering since their 2016 album 'Here' and arrives ahead of their North American tour, which kicks off tonight at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver.
The Glasgow band have also lined up a hometown show at Kelvingrove Bandstand on July 30 as part of their European tour. Tickets are on sale now.
