Underworld Share New Single S T A R Ahead Of 'Drift Series 1' Release

Underworld continue to tease their upcoming 'Drift Series 1' album with a new song.
Titled S T A R, the rhythmic track follows Listen To Their No and Soniamode (Aditya Game Version) in previewing the British electronic duo's ambitious multimedia 'Drift' series, which will culminate with the release of the album on November 1 through Caroline International. The band took to social media to explain the track:
"Take a rhyme that’s so familiar it's almost become a part of our DNA and evolve it into something strange and inspiring—a celebration of life, and of lives, and of the good and the truly great."
The collection of new material represents a year of the band's work and will be released as a box set, LP, CD and download alongside streaming services.
Karl Hyde and Rick Smith will support the album with several shows this autumn, including a performance at London's SSE Arena Wembley on December 7. Tickets are on sale now.
