Richard Ashcroft has confirmed a major homecoming show in Wigan for summer 2024.
The former Verve frontman will perform at Robin Park on July 20, marking the first time he has played in Wigan for over 25 years. Tickets go on general sale at 9am this Friday (December 1). He said:
"After 25 years, I'm back playing in my hometown. Looking forward to an amazing night in Wigan."
The show will take place ahead of the singer-songwriter's previously scheduled gigs in Halifax as part of the Live At The Piece Hall series and Saffron Walden for the Heritage Live concert series in August.
