Suede have released a new single, Trance State.
The danceable, post-punk-leaning, indie-rock track is the second preview of their new album, 'Antidepressants', which is due out on September 5 via BMG. The first single, Disintegrate, arrived in May alongside details of the record.
Suede will promptly follow up the record's release with a takeover of London's Southbank Centre, kicking things off with two shows at the Royal Festival Hall on September 13 and 14. Following that, they've lined up an intimate off-mic performance at the Purcell Room on September 17, before closing the residency with their first full orchestral show with the Paraorchestra at Queen Elizabeth Hall on September 19.
Anderson said: "Expect old songs, new songs, borrowed songs, blue songs, drama, melody, noise, sweat and a couple of surprises." Tickets are on sale now.
The English band will also appear on the Sunday (September 7) of BBC Radio 2 in the Park at Chelmsford's Hylands Park, which will be headlined by Def Leppard. Bryan Adams will headline the Saturday. Head here for further information and ticket details.
