Biffy Clyro have shared a third single from their upcoming album.
Delivering the Scottish trio's trademark loud-and-quiet dynamics, driven by massive guitar riffs and rich three-part vocal harmonies, True Believer will appear on 'Futique' along with the previously unveiled cuts Hunting Season and A Little Love. Frontman Simon Neil said:
"True Believer is about faith: not religious faith, but having faith in your life decisions. Try not to doubt yourself so much. Whenever you're in those moments to make big life decisions, you're not as flippant as you think you are. Sometimes I look back and think, ‘Why did I make that decision?’ and actually, I knew exactly what I was doing at the time. So have faith in yourself and the people you love. Love is the only thing in my life I have conditional faith in. It’s what drives my relationships and our music."
The follow-up to 2020's 'A Celebration of Endings' and 2021's 'The Myth Of The Happily Ever After' will arrive on September 19, after recently being brought forward a week from its original release date of September 26.
After a busy summer on the festival circuit, the band will celebrate the record's release with a run of sold-out intimate acoustic shows at some of their favourite independent record shops in October.
Following that, they'll kick off their previously scheduled The Futique Tour in January, with arena shows across the UK and Europe. Soft Play and The Armed will support on the UK and Ireland dates, while support acts for the European leg are yet to be announced. Tickets are on sale now.
