Biffy Clyro have added an Edinburgh show to their summer tour plans.
The Scottish trio will headline the Royal Highland Showgrounds on August 21 as part of the Summer Sessions concert series.
Support will come from special guests Nothing But Thieves, and Swim School. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on January 30.
Summer Sessions is a touring concert series that launched in Scotland back in 2013 and has since expanded to include shows in Bedford, Chepstow, Derby, Glasgow, Plymouth and Southampton, as well as Edinburgh.
The 2026 line-up also features headliners My Chemical Romance, Florence + The Machine, Lorde, Pitbull, Kings Of Leon, The Lumineers, Teddy Swims, Paul Weller, The Cure, Garbage & Skunk Anansie, Tom Grennan, Deacon Blue, The Prodigy, Neil Young, The Beach Boys, Billy Ocean, Deftones, and more that you can find here.
Biffy are currently on the road supporting their latest album, 2025's 'Futique'. The UK and Ireland arena leg concluded yesterday, and the European leg is set to begin on January 30 in Amsterdam. They'll also head to Australia and New Zealand in April.
Following that, the band will play their biggest headline show to date at London's Finsbury Park on July 3, with support coming from Nothing But Thieves, Don Broco, Marmozets, and Wavves.
The summer will also see the band play festivals in the US, Europe and UK, including Kendal Calling and Rock En Seine.
