Monday, 26 October 2020 Written by Jon Stickler

Miley and Noah Cyrus have dropped a live cover of Noah's track I Got So High That I Saw Jesus.

The release marks the first time the sisters have recorded together and captures their performance during an acoustic backyard session for MTV Unplugged.

The original folk-pop track featured on Noah's May EP 'The End Of Everything', whereas the live revamp is a piano-based duet that showcases the pair's lucid harmonies. Sharing the news on Instagram, the 20-year-old wrote:

"no one knows how happy and excited miley and i are to be releasing something TOGETHER for our VERY FIRST TIME!!!! and it’s NOT the last 🖤 thank you sissy for singing with me and as always making it sound nothing but effortlessly beautiful. i love you so so much and so happy we get to go through all this crazy shit together 🖤🖤🖤"

Miley recently announced her new album, 'Plastic Hearts', due out in November. She also teased a Metallica covers record during a discussion with Interview Magazine, though further specifics are yet to be revealed.
