Friday, 07 January 2022 Written by Laura Johnson

Elvis Costello and the Imposters have released a new track.

Farewell, OK is the latest preview of their new album, 'The Boy Named If', set to arrive on January 14. The high energy '60s rock and roll-leaning cut follows previous singles Paint The Red Rose Blue and Magnificent Hurt.

The legendary singer-songwriter and his band will support the record with a UK tour this summer, on which he'll be joined by special guest Ian Prowse. Tickets are on sale.

The new song's accompanying lyric video will premiere today (January 7) at 2pm GMT, with an interview with Costello set to broadcast 15 minutes before.
