Olivia Dean, Lola Young And Sam Fender Lead BRIT Awards 2026 Nominations

The nominees for the BRIT Awards 2026 have been revealed.

Olivia Dean and Lola Young lead the pack with five nods each, while Sam Fender has picked up four, and Dave, Wolf Alice, Lily Allen, Fred Again.. and newcomer Jim Legxacy have each received three. 

Dean is up for Album Of The Year, Artist Of The Year, Best Pop Act, and Song Of The Year twice, for Man I Need and her collaboration with Fender, Rein Me In. She's also confirmed to perform at the ceremony next month, with more performers set to be announced in the run-up to the event.

Young, meanwhile, is nominated for Artist Of The Year, Breakthrough Artist, Best Alt/Rock Act, Best Pop Act and Song Of The Year for her single Messy.

Fender — last year's Mercury Prize winner for his album 'People Watching' — has received a nod in the Best Alternative/Rock Act category for the second year running, as well as Song Of The Year, Artist Of The Year and Album Of The Year.

Reunited Britpop legends Pulp have earned their first nomination for Best Group since 1996, facing off against The Last Dinner Party, Sleep Token, Wet Leg and Wolf Alice, while CMAT, Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Bad Bunny, Doechii, Lady Gaga, Rosalía and Sombr will compete for International Artist Of The Year.

The winners of Songwriter Of The Year and Producer Of The Year will be announced soon. Earlier this week, Jacob Alon was revealed as the winner of this year's BRITs Critics' Choice award. A full list of nominees can be found at brits.co.uk/nominees.

Further details about the BRIT Awards ceremony, which relocates to Manchester's Co-Op Live arena on February 28, will be revealed shortly, though we do know that Jack Whitehall will return as host.

Details of the BRITs Fringe, a city-wide programme curated by Manchester local music development organisation Brighter Sound, were unveiled last week.

Additionally, Fatboy Slim, Lambrini Girls, Myles Smith, Jack Savoretti and Katherine Jenkins, kwn, Josh Baker, Rossi, and Jacob Alon are among the acts set to play intimate shows for BRITs Week for War Child in February. Head here for more details.
