PinkPantheress is the recipient of this year's Producer Of The Year award from the BRITs.

Decided annually by a panel of expert judges, the 24-year-old British artist is now the youngest person and the first woman to win the award, following previous winners A.G. Cook, Chase and Status, George Martin, Trevor Horn, Brian Eno, David Guetta and Calvin Harris. PinkPantheress said:

"As the first woman to win this award, I’m grateful to be recognised. My music production is the thing I’m proudest of, and I’ve worked really hard at it, so I hope this inspires others to pursue their passion."

Stacey Tang, Chair of the 2026 BRIT Awards Committee and Co-President of RCA Records at Sony Music UK shared: "PinkPantheress is both an inventive and instinctive voice in British pop right now. As a producer, she’s precise and playful, building bold, boundary expanding sounds that travel beyond the UK. She’s quietly reshaping what modern pop can be, and in doing so, opening the door for a new wave of female producers to step forward. Celebrating her at the BRITs is both timely and significant."

PinkPantheress released her Mercury Prize-nominated second mixtape, 'Fancy That', in May 2025, earning Grammy nominations for Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Dance Pop Recording for the track Illegal. She followed it with 'Fancy Some More?', a star-studded remix project, in October.

The singer-songwriter will take her An Evening with PinkPantheress Tour across North America this spring, including sets at Coachella and a performance in Mexico City.

In Europe, she'll headline Barcelona's Primavera Festival for the first time in June and support Lorde at the All Points East series in London in August, alongside Larsson, 2Hollis, Oklou, and more. Tickets are on sale now.

In January, Jacob Alon picked up the BRITs Critics’ Choice Award, when this year’s nominations were also unveiled. Earlier this month, it was revealed that Noel Gallagher is this year’s BRITs Songwriter Of The Year, while Mark Ronson recieved the BRIT Award for Outstanding Contribution To Music

Ronson will also perform at the ceremony at Manchester's Co-op Live this Saturday (February 28), as will Sombr, Rosalía, Harry Styles, Olivia Dean, Wolf Alice and EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI (the singing voices of HUNTR/X from Netflix’s Kpop Demon Hunters), with the latter set to record a special performance in front of fans outside Co-op Live ahead of the ceremony.

This year will be the first time the BRIT Awards ceremony will be held outside London, with Jack Whitehall returning as host. It will be broadcast exclusively on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player.

Tonight (February 24), Myles Smith will perform at Nottingham's Rescue Rooms, joined by and Saint Raymont, as part of the ongoing BRITs Week for War Child series. The remaining acts set to headline intimate shows leading up to the main awards event include Jack Savoretti and Katherine Jenkins, Kwn, Josh Baker, Rossi, Olivia Dean, Jacob Alon, and Robbie Williams.

Tickets are on sale now. For a chance to win tickets to a show of their choice fans can also donate £10 to War Child here.
