Cassettes Won’t Listen – aka LA-based solo artist Jason Drake –was recently served with a Cease and Desist order by none other than multi Oscar-winner Kevin Spacey, who objected to Drake’s decision to name his new album after the actor. Apparently, Spacey failed to see the funny side when he discovered that the latest Cassettes Won’t Listen album was to be titled ‘KEVINSPACEY’ and abruptly sought legal action. Drake has since renamed the album to ‘EVINSPACEY’ in order to avoid further consequences.
