Leona Lewis Taken To Court Over ‘Collide’ Copyright Claims
Leona Lewis will have to face a high court battle if she wishes to continue with the release of upcoming single ‘Collide’. Both the singer and her label Syco (owned by ‘X Factor' judge Simon Cowell) are being taken to court by dance producer Avicii, who claims that the ‘Collide’ has used material from his own song ‘Fade Into Darkness’ without prior consent.
