Top Tickets This Week: Placebo, Myles Smith, Davido, Khalid, Jungle

The alt-rock band will celebrate their 30th anniversary with shows across mainland Europe from September 28 to November 25, before performances at Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena, Glasgow's OVO Hydro, Dublin's 3Arena, Manchester's Co-op Live, London's OVO Arena Wembley and Cardiff's Utilita Arena between November 28 and December 7.

The shows will see the band perform tracks from their first two albums, 'Placebo' and 'Without You I'm Nothing', including songs they havent played live in over 20 years. Tickets go on general sale at 9am GMT/10am CET on Friday (March 27) - Compare and buy tickets here.

In addition to the tour, Placebo will celebrate their 1996 debut's three-decade milestone with the June 19 release of 'Placebo RE:CREATED'. The album is a reworking of the self-titled record and will feature new versions of all 10 tracks recreated by vocalist-guitarist Brian Molko and producer Rob Kirwan from the original master tapes, with mixing by Adam Noble, plus two bonus songs.

Ahead of the new tour, Placebo will join Garbage for a special Teenage Cancer Trust show at London's Royal Albert Hall on March 28 before heading to Switzerland's Zermatt Unplugged festival on April 11. Tickets for those shows are on sale now.


Myles Smith

The BRIT Award-winning singer-songwriter will take his My Mess, My Heart, My Life. Tour. across North America between June and August.

Mainland Europe will follow next, with the tour stopping in Berlin, Oslo, Copenhagen, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Milan, Brussels, Paris and Amsterdam from October 8 to November 4.

The UK and Ireland arena leg will then take place between November 7 and 20, with stops scheduled in Nottingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Manchester, Dublin, Cardiff and London.

The tour takes its name from Smith's debut album, 'My Mess, My Heart, My Life.', which is due out on June 12. 

Although the full tracklist has not yet been revealed, it has been confirmed via his website pre-orders that the record will include his recent Niall Horan collaboration Drive Safe, as well as Stargazing, Nice To Meet You, Gold and Stay (If You Wanna Dance)


Davido

The American-born, Nigerian-raised Afrobeats superstar will perform a UK festival exclusive show at London's inaugural Palace Bowl Presenst series on August 14. He'll also curate the rest of the day's line-up, which is still to be revealed. 

The Palace Bowl Presents series will also host headliners Grace Jones, Tom Jones, Gary Numan, Masayoshi Takanaka, Bastille and The Wombats, as well as the Gospel Garden mini-festival featuring Kirk Franklin. Tickets for those shows are on sale.

Davido resumed his 5ive Alive Tour across Europe yesterday (March 25) with a performance in Vienna, Austria, with shows in Zurich, Rotterdam, Brussels, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Barcelona to follow over the next week. He'll also play both weekends of Coachella festival in California in April and a homecoming date in Zambia in May.

The tour akes its name from Davido's latest album, 2025's '5ive'. Since then, he has also appeared on several tracks by other artists, most recently on South African DJ duo TxC's track Nakupenda, alongside Zlatan, Scotts Maphuma, Shoday and Al Xapo.


Khalid

The Texas singer-songwriter will bring his It's Always Summer Somewhere Tour to Manchester's Aviva Studios on October 23 and London's new British Airways ARC venue on October 24, as part of the wider European leg of the trek.

He'll kick off the tour with previously scheduled shows across North American in May and June. He'll also perform in Mexico City in September, and in Australia and New Zealand in November. 

Support in the UK will come from Jae Stephens, and tickets for his UK and European shows go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (March 27). Tickets for his dates Down Under go on general sale at 12pm local time, while his North American shows are on sale now - Compare and buy tickets here.

The dates will support his fourth studio album, 'After The Sun Goes Down', released last October.


Jungle

The BRIT Award-winning London trio will support their new album, 'Sunshine', with a world tour that kicks off with North American dates from September 9 to October 10.

They'll continue across mainland Europe in the autumn, followed by performances at Dublin's 3Arena, Leeds' First Direct Bank Arena, Cardiff's Utilita Arena, London's O2 Arena, Manchester's Co-Op Live and Glasgow's OVO Hydro from November 18 to 28.

The tour currently concludes with Australian gigs in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in March next year. Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (March 27) - Compare and buy tickets here.
